Michelle Ray brings exceptional organizational expertise, a strong commitment to customer service, and extensive experience in the medical and human services fields to her role as Business Assistant.

 She is dedicated to ensuring the FFMS office operates efficiently, enabling team members to focus on their mission of connecting customers with the right resources and solutions.

Michelle’s background includes administrative and office management roles in hospital inpatient settings, patient-centered clinical trials, and caregiver support programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Her dedication to helping others is a consistent theme throughout her professional journey and personal life.

Originally from Detroit and now proud to call Colorado home, Michelle enjoys live music, mountain adventures with her husband and two teenagers, and exploring Denver’s diverse parks and museums.

I am Texan raised but a curious, people centered soul who lives now in Colorado.

The medical field is where I have always felt a pull in my heart. I bring a love of learning, and a creative spark to everything I do. 

I enjoy reading that explores a little darkness and wonder, and moments worth capturing through photography. I do have two sons who are about to graduate one in college and one in high school.

Sara Hernandez has over 10 years of professional experience in customer service and administrative support. She strives to always provide a positive experience for both customers and colleagues. She has a passion for helping others, building those relationships with trust, care and compassion to provide the best service possible. 

Sara is a proud, lifelong resident of Southwest Denver, where she has built a strong connection with her community. A devoted mother to her two sons, Josiah, 17, and Xavier, 13, Sara’s life revolves around her family, and they are her greatest joy. Outside of spending time with her children, she dedicates much of her free time to volunteering with youth sports programs, empowering and mentoring the next generation. Sara is passionate about community involvement and is always looking for ways to give back. She is a die hard football fan and of course of the Denver Broncos. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and Sara’s love for her boys and her community drives her every day. 

 As a committed member of the Patient Care Team, I bring a strong focus on compassionate, patient-centered support in every aspect of my work. I am highly organized and detail-oriented, which allows me to manage tasks efficiently while ensuring each patient receives the attention and care they deserve.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, I’m proud to serve a diverse patient population and help bridge communication gaps to make every individual feel welcomed and understood. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and clear communication, and I strive to create a calm, supportive environment for patients and their families.

Beyond my professional role, my 6-year-old son is my greatest motivation and the heart of my daily inspiration. We love being out and about, exploring new places and creating meaningful memories together. He reminds me every day of the importance of kindness, connection, and living life with purpose.

Tyler Forester is a passionate and dedicated individual currently pursuing a degree in business, balancing his academic pursuits with professional growth. With many years of experience in the durable medical equipment (DME) industry, Tyler has built a reputation for excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. His expertise in the field has enabled him to contribute significantly to exceeding customer satisfaction goals, demonstrating his commitment to quality and his ability to connect with and support clients effectively.

From a young age, Tyler's love for basketball played a pivotal role in shaping his character and skills. He excelled on the court throughout his youth and high school years, where he learned the value of teamwork, discipline, leadership, and perseverance. These qualities are evident in his professional life, where he thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments and approaches challenges with a strategic mindset.

When Tyler isn't working, his passion for basketball remains a central part of his life. You can often find him on the court, either playing or coaching youth, dedicating his time to helping young athletes develop their skills and achieve their goals. Tyler's commitment to mentoring reflects his belief in empowering the next generation, fostering confidence, and instilling a strong work ethic in the youth he coaches.

  Wendy Brumitt serves as the Logistics Coordinator at Forester Family Medical Supply. She brings 26 years of experience as a police dispatcher, where helping others was at the heart of her work. That same dedication continues to guide her in her current role, ensuring smooth operations and reliable support for the team and community.

Outside of work, Wendy finds joy in being outdoors and cherishes time spent with her family and friends.

    Marley Ballew is a dedicated and compassionate individual with a strong background in working with children on the autism spectrum. Her journey began in high school, where she first discovered a deep connection to neurodivergent kids and a passion for supporting their growth and development. Since then, she has continued to build experience in caregiving and educational environments, always bringing empathy, patience, and creativity into her work.

In addition to her work with children, Marley has a love for visual art—especially photography. She finds joy in capturing the quiet, beautiful moments of everyday life, often using her lens to express emotion and tell stories that words can’t always reach.

Marley also gained valuable experience in retail and operations as an Inventory Specialist at Walgreens. There, she was part of a close-knit team, helping manage stock, ensure smooth store operations, and support the customer experience. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively were key to her success in that role.

Whether she’s working with children, behind a camera, or supporting a team, Marley brings heart, focus, and a deep sense of purpose to everything she does.

I recently traded the hustle of New Jersey for the breathtaking mountains of Colorado, embracing the outdoor lifestyle I’ve always loved. Whether I’m carving down snowy slopes on my snowboard or cruising the streets on my skateboard, I’m at my best when I’m active, challenging myself, and soaking up the fresh air.

Beyond my love for adventure, I’m passionate about helping people—whether that’s by being a dependable teammate, delivering exceptional service, or simply showing up with positivity and purpose. I bring energy, drive, and a collaborative spirit to every challenge, always striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around me.

 Terrell Speights, born and raised in Denver, Colorado, I take great pride in serving the same community that helped shape who I am today. 

As a delivery driver, I approach every route with dedication, integrity, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. I believe in going the extra mile, both literally and figuratively, to ensure that every delivery is handled with care and every customer feels valued.

My faith in Christ is at the heart of who I am. I attend church weekly and strive to live out my values of honesty, compassion, and perseverance in all that I do.

Outside of work, I enjoy creating music, bowling with friends, and spending meaningful time with my family. These moments keep me grounded and motivated, inspiring me to grow personally and professionally each day.

 Brady is a valued part of the Forester Family Medical Supply team. A passionate youth basketball player with dreams of competing at the college level, Brady brings the same energy, discipline, and teamwork from the court into the workplace. He’s not only an outstanding student with a strong academic record but also a kind and approachable teammate who goes out of his way to make others feel welcome. His leadership on and off the court shows in how he supports his colleagues and contributes to a positive work environment.

As part of our Office Support Specialist team, Brady is always ready to lend a hand in the office—whether it’s assisting with daily administrative tasks, organizing materials, greeting customers, or ensuring everything runs smoothly for our staff and clients. His positive attitude, willingness to learn, and drive to go above and beyond make him an invaluable asset to our growing team. We’re excited to watch him excel in his role here and continue to chase his basketball dreams!

Meet Laura, she is a member of our team here at Forester Family Medical Supply. She is kind, organized, and always happy to help. With a strong background in customer service, she brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction, and she’s already making the office a more welcoming place for everyone.

In her free time, Laura enjoys doing needlework, practicing piano, and going bowling. Her faith and creativity inspire everything she does, both at work and at home, and we’re thrilled to have her positive energy on our team.
